What you’ll do

Learn the ways of the Argentinian BBQ through a learning-by-doing experience: join the grillmaster who worked in the Bachelorette and local steakhouses. Understand the history and the local culture through his flavours, his wonderful meat and outstanding wine. How to make an Argentinian Asado from beggining to end. How to make the fire? How to prepare the meat? How to make Chimichurri? Those and a lot other questions will be answered, and the secrets revealed. Enjoy the dinner in a local family home, in a beautiful garden next to the light of the fire.
