The tour will commence promptly. All participants must arrive on time, as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Please be aware that refunds will not be possible in such instances

All helicopter flights are subject to prevailing weather conditions on the day of your tour. In the event that the flight needs to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, the cost of the tour will be refunded in full

A 70% refund will be given for cancellations made between 1 month and 7 days prior to the flight. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the flight. A 25% refund will be given for cancellations between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight.m No refunds are available if the flight is cancelled on the day of departure
