10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: First Winery Visit & Tasting Session

Welcome by the winemaker and introduction to this family-run winery

Guided tour of the wine cellar where you’ll learn about the wine production process

Wine Tasting: Enjoy a tasting session featuring Amarone, Ripasso, and other wines produced on the estate

Food Pairing: Sample some local products, such as cheeses, cured meats, and bread, to complement the wines

Time to explore the vineyards and take photos of the beautiful surroundings

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Drive to the Second Winery

Travel Time: 30 minutes

Enjoy a scenic drive deeper into the Valpolicella region

Your guide will continue to share interesting details about the Valpolicella wine territory and the local wine-making traditions

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Second Winery Visit & Tasting Session

Warm welcome by the winemaker, who will share the story of their family-run business

Take a guided tour of the wine cellar, learning about the drying process, wine barrels, and vineyard cultivation

Wine Tasting: Compare the different aromas and flavours of the wines, including another tasting of the renowned Amarone and Ripasso wines

Engage with the winemaker and ask questions about the production process, grape varieties, and the Valpolicella region

1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Return Journey to Verona

Enjoy the relaxing drive back to Verona while reflecting on the incredible wine-tasting experience

Final opportunity to ask your guide any questions about Valpolicella wines and the region
