6:30 PM - Meet and Greet

Arrive at the tasting room attached to one of Barcelona's best southern Spanish tapas restaurants. Your sommelier will welcome you and introduce the tasting experience, setting the stage for an intimate evening of wine discovery

6:40 PM - Wine Tasting Begins

Start your journey with the first of four exquisite wines from Southern Spain. Each wine will be paired with a tapa crafted by the restaurant, designed to complement and enhance the wine's unique flavors. Your sommelier will share insights on the wine's origin, characteristics, and pairing choices

7:10 PM - Continued Wine Exploration

Move on to the second and third wines, each accompanied by a specially selected tapa. Engage with your sommelier and fellow guests as you learn about the rich history and winemaking techniques of the Jerez region, fostering a deeper appreciation for these carefully curated selections

7:45 PM - Final Wine and Tapa Pairing

Conclude the tasting with a fourth and final wine, paired with a signature tapa. Your sommelier will summarize the experience, answer any questions, and provide tips for exploring more wines from the region

8:00 PM - Tasting Conclusion

Enjoy this exclusive journey through the best of Southern Spain's wines in an intimate and cosy setting!

The Spanish Wine Tasting lasts 90 minutes and is focused entirely on wine. Given the small, intimate setting of the tasting room, we do not recommend this experience for children
