Experience the historic Dubai Creek in the traditional manner with a ride on the abra, the city's oldest form of water transportation. Engage in the proprietary SPINGO spice game, transforming the souk into an interactive, entertaining experience. For Summer tours (May-Sept), the route will be shortened for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Sadly, we have to notify you that our tour is not suitable or accessible to wheelchair users or strollers due to the challenging terrain at the venues we visit.

For the Tour to commence operation, a minimum of three guests is required. In the exceptional scenario where this guest count is not met, an alternative date shall be proposed or a full refund shall be issued in case of cancellation.

The meeting point is at the Grand Souk Information Center at the Spice Souk parking lot exit (near the intersection) at 6 pm.

Kindly ensure you are punctual and reach the meeting point 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time. To avoid delays, we do not wait for latecomers. Due to traffic, limited parking, and varying start/end points, we recommend taking the metro instead of driving to the meeting point. If you opt for a taxi, please allow extra time for traffic.

We provide 3 categories of tickets for your selection.

The Fixed Option which is non-refundable once booked and cannot be modified or refunded under any circumstances

The flex ticket for GROUPS can be either (a) rescheduled or (b) refunded, subtracting a modest cancellation fee of 35 AED per ticket, before an hour of the commencement of the tour. Alterations are not allowed an hour before the tour start

The flex option for PRIVATE TOURS may be either (a) rescheduled or (b) partially refunded (70% of the total price paid), anytime up to 24 hours before the tour commences. Within 24 hours of the tour start time, no changes are possible on a flex ticket.
