Introduction:

Upon arrival at the restaurant in the heart of Verona, guests will be greeted by the sommelier and the owner. They will provide a warm welcome and introduce the itinerary for the tasting experience

Wine Tasting:

The sommelier will lead guests through a tasting of four different wines, including two varieties of Prosecco and two varieties of Durello. Participants will learn about the characteristics of each wine, including production methods, flavor profiles, and regional influences

Private Wine Lesson:

Following the tasting, the sommelier will conduct a private wine lesson, offering insights into the Classi method and Prosecco production. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and deepen their understanding of sparkling wines

Gourmet Pairings:

Throughout the tasting, guests will enjoy four delicious fish tapas prepared by the chef. Each tapa will be carefully crafted to complement the flavors of the wines, enhancing the overall tasting experience

Tour End Time:

To conclude the experience, guests will have the opportunity to reflect on their tasting journey and engage in further conversation with the sommelier and the owner. Water will be provided to cleanse the palate and ensure a refreshing finish to the experience
