Not only to test good wines, man can as well learn a lot about the history of the Cape Region. This Wine Yard gives a deep view into what was going on. Book the tour and you will see and hear a lot as well about how to produce wines. Wines are very good - but a bit to expensive compare to several other very goods wines in the region
Our trip was outstanding! They (George) picked us up at our hotel. Was very knowledgeable of the local area and pointed out lots of interesting facts. We visited each of the different wine areas and their are lots of tastings included. Blake then took us up through the vineyards in his range rover. very interesting trip, I learned a lot. I would highly recommend these guys for anybody wanting to visit vineyards close to Cape Town.
A really easy, accessible and friendly wine tour. Blake collected us punctually at our accommodation and drove us to three very different vineyards and was good company for the day. The highlight was the boutique High Constantia vineyard which was tiny and very informal. All in all it was a really enjoyable, laid back day - highly recommended.
We took a half day tour of the Constantia wineries and it was very enjoyable. After the first winery we already had a buzz. They give you a spittoon if you don't want to swallow the wine samples, but since we were not driving, we drank it all and it was a blast. Highly recommended. There are full day tours, but I believe half day is plenty.
Totally blown away by the professional and relaxed tour. The Constantia valley is stunningly beautiful. The tour was super informative, and we had a great list of Wine Farms and wines to choose from. Steenberg and Eagles Nest really stood out, and to top it all off, the 4x4 ride up to the top Eagles Nest allowed us to take in some rarely seen views.Doing that again, for sure.

We really enjoyed our time with Blake. He was very knowledgeable about the areas that were going to see and planned our route to make sure we made the most of our time in Cape Town. It was a once in a lifetime experience for us and we have already recommended Blake and the Constantia Wine Tour company to one of our colleagues who is visiting in March.
Blake and the team were fantastic right from the start. Communication was quick and up to date, the tours and vineyards were out of this world and all round a great experience with stunning views! We highly recommend this tour!
