Arrive at La Fornace, one of the smallest wineries in Montalcino, run by a family dedicated to producing high-quality wines, tour their cellars and witness the production of the renowned Blazon Wine, gaining insight into their commitment to quality over quantity

12:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Castello Tricerchi

Head to Castello Tricerchi, situated on the northern slopes of Montalcino, boasting 400 hectares dedicated to Sangiovese Grosso cultivation, explore the castle completed in 1441, now home to the Tricerchis’ direct ancestors, and delve into their wine production methods

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Winery Solaria Patrizia Cencioni

Visit Solaria, an all-female, family-run winery producing a limited quantity of around 40 thousand bottles annually, discover their unique microclimate-influenced wines and witness the production process, including their extra virgin olive oil

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM - Enoteca La Fortezza di Montalcino
