Chef Giulio Terrinoni - A Culinary Journey
Born in Fiuggi in 1975, Chef Giulio Terrinoni's culinary journey began in his family's restaurant, followed by hotel management school and positions in hotels near Fiuggi. His experiences ranged from the Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte in Fiuggi to the international kitchen at the Sheraton Hotel in Rome.
Terrinoni's pivotal meeting with Fabio Tacchella led to innovative cooking experiences. His career continued with roles at ES hotel and Panda Restaurant in Rome, where he earned a Michelin Star for Acquolina Hostaria in 2009.
Chef Terrinoni's accolades include entry into the JRE Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe circuit in 2010 and the publication of his autobiographical book "L’importanza del Riccio" in 2013. His culinary expertise expanded to TV shows and prestigious cooking schools, solidifying his position in the culinary world.
