This was an highlight of our trip and cooking with a great group. It was my birthday and she had a special treat at the end to make it special. The instructions and history during the class were very well explained. Looking forward to trying these cooking skills at home.

The best and most authentic Tuscan cooking class using fresh local farm produce and traditional cooking methods. We learned so much about technique as well as how to choose ingredients. Katia was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She taught us the techniques behind the simplicity in ingredients and processes. The food was so delicious. We made bruschetta, pasta (pici), two sauces, and chicken saltimbocca. The wine accompanying these dishes was very good!
