During the hands-on lesson, you'll dive into the heart of Venetian culinary tradition, learning the secrets of crafting fresh handmade pasta the Italian way. Under Chef Carolyn's expert guidance, you'll create tantalizing 'ravioli all'italiana' filled with your choice of meat or fish, accompanied by a delectable sauce crafted from seasonal vegetables sourced from renowned Venetian markets like the historic Rialto Market.
