Rome Cooking Class: Fettuccine & Tiramisu Lovers Workshop

Your cooking workshop begins in the heart of Rome’s fashionable Prati district, steps away from the Tiber River. Join an instructor and a group of up to 16 people in the kitchen. With all ingredients and equipment provided, you’ll learn how to make an Italian pasta meal from scratch. Follow steps to prepare tasty tiramisu and handcrafted fettucine. Then, watch the chef prepare a traditional Roman sauce of your choice, either *sugo di pomodoro* (tomato sauce with basil), *amatriciana*, or *cacio e pepe*. After you’ve cooked, sit down and enjoy a meal with your classmates. Pasta dishes are paired with your choice of red or white wine. Your workshop ends with a limoncello or Italian coffee.
