Embark on an authentic culinary journey with a private dinner at a Basque gastronomic society. Led by a knowledgeable guide, guests delve into the heart of Basque culture, enjoying a traditional menu crafted by a member of the society. While not a formal cooking class, guests have the opportunity to engage with the chef, learning about Basque culinary traditions and techniques.
6
The menu boasts a delightful array of seasonal delights, from assorted starters to fresh fish and grilled Txuleta, all complemented by Basque desserts and a selection of beverages including wine, cider, and beer. However, this experience goes beyond mere dining; guests actively participate in the gastronomic society's customs, assisting in setting tables, cooking, serving, and cleaning up alongside fellow diners.
