Balsamic vinegar is one of its derivatives and, it is produced with the grape must (freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds, and stems). Sitting and relaxing in a magical and warm atmosphere you'll get the chance to experience this precious product, understand how to use it in different dishes and learn how it's produced.
