What you'll do
You’ll head to Le Marais with one of our friendly hosts to sample the flavors of this artistic enclave at the heart of Paris. Savor delicacies like macarons, regional cheeses and artisanal breads at the assortment of boulangeries, fromageries, pâtisseries and markets that your host takes you to. Wrap up your time together with a glass or wine or cup of coffee at a classically Parisian pavement cafe. The good life indeed! Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Your itinerary is flexible, so during the experience, you can always change your mind about what you want to do
Itinerary
- 1Join this personalised experience and your host will create an itinerary for you based on what you would like to do. You won’t have time to see everything, so here are some ideas: An artistic enclave, fromage, bistro tables spilling onto the pavement and pâtisserie.

Paris’s oldest market, luxurious mansions and sipping vin rouge at a pavement bistro. See the playground for Paris’s most trendy – the crooked, cobbled, historical lanes that are alive with bars, restaurants, vintage shops, and jewelry boutiques. But there’s more to Le Marais than gorgeous “I-woke-up-like-this” locals queuing for pita at L'As du Fallafel. With your host to lead the way, you’ll explore its thriving art scene at upmarket galleries, amble through Musée Picasso, and visit iconic sites like Rue de Montmorency, where Nicolas Flamel’s house – the oldest in Paris – stands. Stumble across the district’s hidden secrets, like the utterly picturesque Passage de l’Ancre, where a quaint boutique sells umbrellas and walking sticks, and relax with a coffee or a glass of wine at a classic bistro. Très chic.
