The day begins with departure from San Sebastian at 9:00, taking you to the medieval village of Segura at 9:45. Here, you will immerse yourself in the rich history of the interior of Guipúzcoa with a guided tour of the town, discovering its charms and secrets.

At 11:00, you'll head to a local cheese factory for a guided tour that will allow you to learn in detail about the Idiazabal cheese production process. The experience will culminate with a tasting of award-winning cheeses, paired with local drinks, offering you a unique sensory experience.

After having explored the cultural and gastronomic richness, we will set off back to San Sebastian at 12:45. Final arrival in San Sebastian is scheduled for 13:30.
