The hills of central Istria are not home only to local grape varieties – their most famous produce are truffles. And this tour lets you cover the most important Istrian bases and try both! Your day will start with a visit to a forest with an experienced truffle hunter and his dogs to see how these fine mushrooms are sourced. We will follow this with a three-course truffle-based brunch prepared by the truffle-hunting family.Afterwards we shall visit two wineries for an introduction to Istrian wines.
