Although few, winemakers who took up organic style are a significant presence on the local wine scene, and make some of the most interesting wines our peninsula has to offer. Peculiar yet palatable, they are perfect if you are open to new experiences. If orange wine is your thing, this is the tour for you. And we would add that this is the tour we would personally always go for.

You'll learn about the history and the styles of winemaking in Istria, the indigenous grape varieties,soils and microclimates and basics of pairing with signature Istrian dishes

Tasting of at least 15 wines in total
