FULL DAY EXPERIENCE: Hop in our car – we pick you up wherever in Istria and drive you all day – and visit 3 venues to sample a wide array of traditional dishes and food produce. These tours are ideal for gourmet travellers that want to sample the best of Istrian gastronomy in one day but are not too interested in wine.

Eateries are either restaurants, traditional Istrian konobas (taverns) or agritourisms (farm-to-table restaurants) offering typical Istrian food, where we have one-course meal accompanied by house wine.

Farms are local food producers where we taste their products (truffles, cheese, prosciutto, charcuterie, olive oil, honey, beer, aromatic herbs, spirits...) and learn how they make/forage them.
