- 107:30 Departure from Opera Garnier Steps or from your Hotel in Paris (if option booked) by a comfortable air conditioned Mercedes minivan. There is 290 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Ghent. It takes around 3,5 hours. After a 1,5 hours drive a short stop at the rest area will be made.

Audio-guided river boat (about 40 minutes) will give You a lot of information and impressions about Ghent which is the capital and largest city of East Flanders, as well as the second seaport of Belgium. During the tour of Ghent, you will get acquainted with the numerous monuments of the middle ages: the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, founded in 1038 and built until the beginning of the XII century, Beffroy, the tower of the city Council, 118 m high, which was built since 1377 and attached to it cloth rows, built-in 1445, the Church of our lady and St. Peter.
