Explore the craftsmanship behind Culatello di Zibello PDO, one of the world's most artisanal and prestigious cured pork meats. Appreciate its unique ageing process in the extraordinarily humid microclimate. Esteemed personalities like Prince Charles and Prince Albert favour this exceptional product for their cellars

For lunch
