Your sommelier will guide you through two acclaimed and internationally renowned wineries, offering two different approaches and techniques for wine production. Experience the excitement of wandering through cellars lined with precious blends and taking in the very best of the estate blends.

A typical lunch in a Tuscan village will be something similar to below:

Starter of cured sliced meats

Thin slices of lightly toasted bread spread with a chicken liver pate. Ribollita, a vegetable and bread soup

Papa al pomodoro, a tomato soup

Panzanella, a kind of cold salad of bread soaked in balsamic vinegar and mixed with onions and tomatoes, basil all topped with olive oil of course!
