11:00 am – 11:30 am: Tasting Techniques & Wine Sampling: Learn the basics of wine-tasting, focusing on identifying aromas and flavours. A Guided tasting of four wines, with the wine educator providing tasting notes and tips for each

11:30 am – 11:45 am: Local Appetiser Pairing: Enjoy a platter of cheeses, meats, and bread to complement the wines.A brief discussion on pairing food with wine and enhancing flavours.

11:45 am – 12:00 pm: Wine-Blending Workshop: Hands-on session where guests create their own Bordeaux-style blend. Each guest receives guidance on balancing flavours and creating their unique blend.
