This culinary adventure begins with a glass of wine and a typical Tuscan starter, guiding you toward the Italian gastronomic mindset. During this class, you'll gain insight into the famous Chianina breed of cattle integral to Italian cuisine.

You will grill seasonal vegetables to retain their valuable nutrients, and then it is our ‘grand finale’ - the authentic Italian tiramisu recipe. Despite its simplicity, the key to this delicious dessert lies in Grandma’s secret recipe and carefully selected ingredients.

We would highly recommend this most enjoyable evening. It certainly met our expectations. We arrived at a working restaurant and we’re greed by the owner who was incredibly charming, welcoming, and enthusiastic. He greeted us with wine and appetizers and after we had indulged for a while, we were taken into the kitchen and put on our aprons and got to work. We were instructed in the full preparation of the steak, and had a very hands-on experience. We came away from the experience confident in our ability to re-create the same delicious steak as we did that evening. We also came away with the owner’s secret spice blend which is amazing and can be used for a multitude of meat dishes. This was a fun experience and well worth the price
