What you’ll do

Develop your cooking skills during this fun and authentic gourmet cooking class in a charming venue in Florence. Starting at either 11 AM or 5 PM, this class is available as a group or private session and gives you the opportunity to prepare delicious Tuscan dishes using organic farm-to-table ingredients. You can choose from a number of different menus and learn to cook them with the help of an experienced chef. You’ll finish up the experience by enjoying the gourmet meal that you’ve prepared.

Crazy for pasta: Tagliatelle, gnocchi, and ravioli with pears and pecorino cheese

Crazy for meatballs: veggie “polpette”, Florentine “polpette”, cod “polpette”

Four Course Dinner: Ricotta and spinach soufflé, potato gnocchi with tomato, basil and garlic sauce, Chicken with mushrooms and Marsala, chocolate soufflé
