Itinerary

Our walking tour commences at the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, where guests will partake in a traditional breakfast at the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding. Here they will be delighted with gastronomic feats of traditional Emirati cuisine and given the opportunity to converse with the local presenters.

For coffee aficionados or those with a hankering for historical knowledge, the Centre boasts displays of outdated coffee-brewing apparatuses, as well as a cozy coffee bar on the top floor.

The Al Fahidi Fort, home of the Dubai Museum, represents the oldest edifice in the Emirate and stands as an ideal venue to witness the evolution of Dubai and its people. Our guide will provide invaluable information concerning the Emirati way of life before the discovery of oil (45’).

Along the iconic Dubai Creek sits the Old Textile Souk, where we shall venture forth to appreciate the local wares and their rich history within the Persian Gulf Region.

Crossing the Dubai Creek from Bur Dubai to Deira via Abra, our guests will be treated to mesmerizing views of both old and modern architecture. This region of Dubai, called Deira, serves as the original commercial and business center of the Emirate and remains the heart of trade. If coffee is one of your favorite drinks or if you just want to learn about the history of it and how it got to the Middle East Region then this place is worth! There are displays of the tools used in brewing coffee in the past and a coffee bar on the top floor.

The Al Fahidi Fort which hosts the Dubai Museum is the oldest building in the Emirate. It is the ideal place where visitors can see the evolution of Dubai and of its people. Our guide will complete this experience with precious facts about the life of the Emirati before the discovery of oil( 60').

We will cross the Dubai Creek from Bur Dubai to Deira with an Abra just like locals use to do it since centuries. This short ride will provide amazing views of both old and modern architecture of the buildings.

This part of Dubai called Deira is considered the original business and commercial center of the emirate and the heart of trade. Here the guide will give free time for the visitors to make shopping and interact with locals.

Meeting Point

Complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off have been included for your exclusive tour. Pick-up time is at 8 am. Kindly inform us of your hotel's name and address once your booking has been confirmed.
