First location on your way is the Al Fahidi Historical Neighborhood, where you will have a time to rest and appreciate the aroma and of the famous Arabic coffee, along with sampling delicious dates at the Coffee Museum. Trace the history of this prestige drink all the way back to the 15th century and learn about coffeemaking traditions of other countries. Dive into the origins of this city while exploring its famous Dubai Museum, home to countless archeological treasures, including ancient artifacts that display the culture of this land and its people, some of which are dating to 3000 BC.

Proceed to the traditional center of Dubai, Al Shindagha district, where you a guest at the house of Sheikh Saeed al-Maktoum, former ruler of this city. Explore the fascinating place that was a starting point of Dubai’s magical journey from being a small fishing village to becoming the futuristic metropolis that it is today. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes of Dubai while crossing the creek via traditional wooden ‘abra’ water taxi. As a grand finale of your adventure you will wander the vibrant souks of Dubai seeking multiple treasures that are hidden on the shelves of countless spice, sweet and jewelry stores.

Start your adventures in the old neighborhood of Al Fahidi, which history dates to the end of 19th century. Here you will find several notable attractions including Dubai Museum in the Al Fahidi Fort. You will also pass by the dozens of teahouses and fascinating galleries such as XVA Gallery and Mawaheb Gallery.

Study the history of coffee inside the atmospheric Coffee Museum. Trace the origins of this prestige drink all the way back to the 15th century and learn the legends about Moroccan mystics that discovered the vitalizing effect of coffee. Enjoy a cup of traditional Ethiopic coffee along with sampling delicious dates.

Witness the residence of the great former ruler of this city and learn about his role in the fascinating transformation of Dubai from rural village into today’s cosmopolitan city. This is also the birthplace of his sons and grandsons, who would later become sheikhs and emirs of Dubai.

Cross the Dubai Creek via traditional wooden “abra” boat. While sailing across the creek you will have plenty of time to admire the views of the city’s picturesque skyline as well as take countless photos and peacefully enjoy the atmosphere of Dubai.

Your final stop is the Deira district, the historic commercial center of Dubai. Here you will introduce yourself to vibrant souks, another famous feature of Arabic countries. Explore the colorful Spice and Gold Souks with your guide and find multiple stores full of perfumed spices, herbs and sweets along with luxurious jewelry.
