We made delicious Empanadas and wonderful Alfajores. Everything was clean and her English was great. I was so full my wife had to roll me back to the hotel

We felt very welcome what appeared to bea local family's kitchen. Thomas showed us how to make mate, a local hot beverage. Then, he showed and directed us as we made two kinds of empanadas--cheese and meat. They were delicious ! Finally, we made short bread cookies and sandwiched them with dulce de leche. It was a delightful afternoon with good company and food.

Really fun afternoon learning how to make empanadas and a cookie. Mate tea demonstration and tasting was interesting. We were glad to try Mate. Looking forward to make empanadas at home. The ladies were very friendly
