Buenos Aires Small-Group Creole Cooking Class

This was the highlight of our vacation. I’ve never taken a cooking class on vacation before, but now I can’t wait to do another. This class was so much fun! We made great food and great friends. We all learned how to make empanadas from scratch, dough and all. We had wine, homemade bread, salad with homemade dressing, and our homemade empanadas. Then our chef Jose prepared the most fabulous cut of steak and red reduction, which of course was fabulous. Then the best flan!! This class is a must. You do not want to miss out.

There whole experience was so much fun. The chef was very friendly and got us quite involved in the process. I did enjoy throwing the eggplant into the fire directly. The wine was really good. (And I’m not really a wine person). I appreciate that they sent the recipe books by email as well as giving us a physical copy.

Great chef! Great sous! Great food! Easy to find, started on time, good location, everything was fresh and had options for veg and allergies.

Had a fab last night in BA. Met some wonderful people, drunk some very lovely wine and shown how to cook some lovely food, everyone gets to create something. They give you the recipes to take away so you don't need to take notes. The chef and the staff were excellent and I would do this again next time I am in BA

I had a great time. Lots of amazing food and drink. I attended by myself but that was no issue. They made sure we were all involved and we got on really well in our group. I only have positive words to say about the experience. A highlight of my trip.

Fantastic cooking experience and fun to learn a little more about Argentinian cuisine! The chef and hostess were incredibly nice and it was fun to meet some other people in the class. Food and drink were excellent!

The humour, delivery and the food made the class. It was nice to spend time at the start with cocktails and snacks to get to know the other attendees. The session was informative and the meal and wine at the end was a great way to finish off the class

The entire experience was over the top good- informative, fun, interactive, delicious, I felt like I was cooking with friends. This tour does an amazing job -would DEF take it again and recommend it - I learn so many new techniques. A MUST do in Buenos Aires.
