Itinerary

We will descend for a few minutes to appreciate the Escondido and Fagnano lakes from a height of 400 meters. A postcard worth living it.

We will travel one hundred kilometers until we reach the commune of Tolhuin, nestled in the "Heart of the Island", and is part of the Echo Tone, a beautiful transition zone between the forest and the Patagonian steppe. We will descend for a few minutes at the head of Lake Fagnano, to be able to contemplate its majesty.

Next, we will begin our great natural adventure and culture, everything you have never experienced before! We will visit Estancia La India, to be able to enter an unprecedented landscape, traveled and inhabited for thousands of years by the Selk'nam aborigines, inhabitants of the north of the province of Tierra del Fuego. Once there, descendants of the Selk´nam community will welcome us to give us a warm welcome, and an exquisite snack in the best Selk´nam style.

After the snack, we will prepare for a 4x4 adventure and a short trek to a different, pristine waterfall, worthy of knowing and contemplating, in the middle of the wonderful landscape.

Prior to our final destination, we will make a descent to Cerro Jeujepén, a sacred site of the original peoples, where in addition to contemplating you with unique panoramic views of the region, you will be able to learn more about the way of life of the original peoples and the meaning in their lives. the hill.

In addition, a 30-minute Kayak adventure awaits you through the fantastic Laguna del Indio. When we arrive again at the refuge we will be surprised with an experience of active tourism, they will teach us to make handicrafts like thousands of years ago. We will also participate in the construction of elements such as the bow and arrow. And as if this were not enough, then a delicious local lunch awaits us, and then leave time for other walks and moments of admiring the sacred nature that surrounds us.
