As more and more foodies are cooking from home, our Zoom cookery classes online have become increasingly popular. However, despite the wide choice of countries and food experiences available, you don’t even have to leave your own kitchen!
In fact, with our online cooking classes, you can choose anything from authentic paella to a Sushi making workshop. Alternatively, we have a range of online baking classes, as well as some more specialised lessons in everything from Dutch desserts to Venezuelan street food.
Zoom Cookery Classes Online
By using the Zoom platform, when booking you will receive an email with a link to the conference call. As well, of course, as a list of ingredients required in advance before you get started. Although, with some of our online cooking classes, these may even be included within the price.

Risotto with Green Asparagus, Lemon Zest and Burrata (one-hour)
Chef Carlo Bernardini teaches you how to make a lovely healthy and seasonal risotto in this online Zoom class. The famous Italian chef now lives in Istanbul, where he is well-known for being passionate about Mediterranean cuisine. Carlo only uses ingredients in season, in order to give his dishes fresh aromas and flavour.
Eggplant Caviar (two-hours)
With an online chef, your authentic class will start with preparing all the vegetables. During these 2-our online cooking classes, home cooks are provided with all the tricks on how to achieve the best results.
Everything is made from scratch and cooked in a traditional way. The list of ingredients will be provided in advance, along with recipe cards to help you as you go along.
Make A Paella Like Grandmother (one-hour)
Here you can join a Zoom cookery class online, ready to produce a Spanish classic. However, this particular take on a traditional paella comes with a personal touch.
Having been handed down through the generations, you’re private cook will demonstrate how to make an authentic Valencian favourite. One that comes from the heart, having originated from your online chef’s very own Grandmother.
Fine Dining: An Elegant Two-Course Dinner (one-hour)
Join chef Andrea Zagatti and learn how to prepare a two-course dinner that will definitely impress the most demanding guests. The dinner has been prepared for important VIPs around the world, and Chef Andrea is more than happy to guide you through two superb dishes on zoom.
You will make a delicious pasta dish for the main course and a Soufflé for the dessert. Everything you need will be emailed before the class.
Kiev Kotleti (two-hours)
Here you will make the Kiev chicken cutlets, and be given many tricks and tips on how to achieve the best results. You will make the garlic butter, then the cutlets. You will also be shown how to make I the creamiest mashed potatoes.
The list with all ingredients will be provided well in advance, so you can be ready. You will also receive a PDF recipe with directions of what we will make during the class after.
Bake A Dutch Apple Pie with A Pro! (one-hour)
Bake the best homemade Dutch Nanna’s Apple Pie from the convenience of your kitchen! Broadcasting from Fabulous Amsterdam, you will connect via Zoom, and will bake together, step-by-step, this recipe.
During the Zoom meeting, the Chef will share lots of information about Amsterdam, an exactly how this recipe evolved over time and what are the most secret tips of an excellent Apple Pie baking!
Chocolate Coffee Cake (two-hours)
Here you will start with making perfect vanilla and chocolate sponges, with tricks and tips on how to achieve the best results. Then it is time for the fluffy coffee cream and chocolate cream. The cake layers will then be assembled, cut and the cake decorated.
Then it is time to make the chocolate ganache – delicious and yummy! The list with all ingredients will be provided in advance, so you can be ready.

Our online cooking classes are available at various times of the day and aimed at all age groups. Most of which run for between 1 and 2 hours, allowing you enough time to prepare a dish to be proud of.
