The restaurant opens onto a terrace with a superb view of the Eiffel Tower. Chef Benoît Dargère is in charge, specialising in shellfish and crustaceans. You can enjoy freshly cooked platters or cold delights such as ceviche, beef carpaccio and sashimi. Whereas lobster and turbot are also likely to appear on the menu during early Summer.

Apicius (20 Rue d'Artois, 75008 Paris)

This Michelin-starred restaurant resides inside the magnificent Hotel Schneider. Guests can choose to dine in the main Dining Room or the Klimt Room.

However, for the summer we'd recommend the Petit Salon, a private room for up to eight people with access to a romantic and magical garden.
