No Sugar Course with Kitchen Joy

No more processed food! This is a great healthy on line course, especially if you feel you need to lose those extra pounds and wish to be much healthier! The class will take about an hour and is in English. You will learn to cook a variety of simple, healthy dishes that use fresh ingredients. You will also learn about the medicinal welfare that chosen herbs can do for you. This in turn, will give you energy, whilst cutting out refined sugars.

Dim Sum at Home: Shumai

Chinese American chef Laurence Louie, now lives in London, and wants to share his passionate energy into his fabulous cooking class. The class will take about an hour and is in English. Laurence will show you how to make a simple and tasty dish of Dim Sum Dumpling. So, hopefully - no more take-outs for you!

Russian Dumpling Class

Another great dumpling cooking class – but very different! The Cooking Class is available on a Saturday – so do feel free to enjoy a cheeky glass of wine whilst learning this cooking skill. The class takes place on Saturday 5th December (via Zoom) and will start around 5pm.

Firstly, you will be shown how to make the dough with two different sorts of fillings. You will also learn the special technique that goes into making handmade dumplings.

Khinkali Dumpling Cooking Class

Khinkali originated from the mountain regions of Tusheti, Pshavi, Mtiuleti, and Khevsuret. This amazing cooking class will last about 1.5-2 hours (via Zoom) on Saturday 24th October at 5pm. And, as above because it is early Saturday evening – why not treat yourself to a sneaky glass of wine during the class!

The class will start with making the meaty filling and then preparing the dough. Once your khinkali is assembled, they are boiled and once cooled, ready to eat. Absolutely delicious! You will also receive a PDF recipe after the class.

Izba Cherry Cake 

Learn how to make the perfect yummy cheery cake! The class will take around two hours (on Zoom), the group size is one and over and the class is taught in English. Another on line Saturday class on the 20th December at 5pm (a lovely cake for Christmas maybe)?

You will learn how to make the cake from scratch including the cream and cherry filling. You will be also be decorating the cake. After the class you will of course, receive a PDF recipe.
