Chocolate Coffee Cake

The class takes around two 2 hours and is designed for small groups and will be taking place (on Zoom) Saturday 28^thNovember at 5pm. The list of the full ingredients will be provided in advance.

You will learn how to make to perfection the vanilla and chocolate sponges and the correct way to create the desired result. Next you will be tought how to make fluffy coffee and chocolate cream, before layering your cake to create the end result.

Hazelnut Meringue Cake

This online baking class takes around two 2 hours on Saturday 14th November at 5pm. Again, the full list of ingredients will be provided in advance.

Firstly, you will make the perfect hazelnut meringue. Although if you've never made a meringue before, fear not as it's all part of the lesson. Then get ready to start whipping the chocolate custard cream.  The meringue will be baked in layers and this gorgeous tasty cake will then be ready for assembling.

Honey Cake

This yummy honey Cake is completed within 2 hours and you can book online well in advance. As the class is to be held (via Zoom) on Sunday 13^th December at 5pm. The list of full instructions will be provided in advance, although book early as places are limited.

To start with, you will make the dough, and as with all our classes, tricks and tips will be given during the process. Then it is time to make the fluffy honey cake with a unique sour cream filling. The honey cake layers will be assembled - so enjoy a slice whilst still warm!

Number Cake

This is one of our online baking classes that are popular among those wanting to celebrate. Whether it be a special birthday or anniversary, the end result is a visually striking bake. The class takes around two 2 hours and is designed for groups or even one-on-one sessions. The next class is due to be held via Zoom on Sunday 1st December at 5pm.

First up will be the preparation of the perfect vanilla dough. Although don't worry, all the tricks and tips will of course be provided. Then it is time to make the fluffy cream and confit, before the cake is taken out of the over and carefully decorated.

Red Velvet Raspberry Cake

This class takes around two 2 hours and is designed for a group of 1 plus and is held (on Zoom) on Sunday 18^th October at 5pm. The list of the full instructions will be provided in advance.

Firstly, let’s make the red velvet sponges.  Tricks and tips as usual will be provided. We will start by making the fluffy cream cheese white chocolate frosting.  The cake layers will then be baked and assembled. Then it is the best part -decorating the cake.
