The Kitchin is a restaurant run by one of Scotland’s most successful restauranteur, just outside the city centre in Leith. Opened by now celebrity chef Tom Kitchin back in 2006, the fine-dining establishment has held its Michelin Star status ever since.

The 5-star luxury Balmoral Hotel is one of the UK’s most prestigious hotels, in the heart of the capital’s Princes Street. Just a short walk from the dramatic Edinburgh Castle.
