Enjoy the incredible Chinese New Year Fireworks on an exclusive 63ft boat. The 3-hour cruise sets sail at 6 pm and is a magical way to celebrate one of the key dates on the Chinese calendar.
At 8pm the magnificent firework displays starts, lasting 23-minutes over Victoria Harbour. There is a fully stocked bar on board, a buffet gourmet dinner and fantastic music.
Please note: the trip is for over 18s only and you will need to wear something warm.
Another fabulous New Year dinner cruise, however, unlike the above Chinese New Year, this one takes place on 31st December. The cruise sails at 9pm and returns at 1am, celebrating the arrival of another year.
At midnight, the sky will be set alight with an amazing 12-minute fireworks display over Victoria Harbour. Aboard the cruise is guaranteed to give you the best vantage point in the city.
As this is a celebration, make sure you bring your dancing feet and get ready for a good old fashioned New Year celebration!
The night starts with a food tour of Sham Shui Po’s best street food. Firstly, you will enjoy a serving of pork and leek dumplings, followed by a portion of tofu pudding topped with cane sugar. Next, we visit a local bakery and you can feast upon puddings, steamed sugar cakes, fried sesame seed balls and more.
Afterwards, it is an exploration of Kowloon, when the city starts to come alive! You will learn about the interesting history of Kowloon, and how it became part of the British empire.
We continue to Mong Kok district famous for its once organized crime. Then it is off to the district of Tsim Sha Tsui. Here we visit Chungking Mansions and other historic buildings. The tour ends at the waterfront where we relax with a cold beer!
Here you will eat like a local and discover the best of Hong Kong’s Cantonese cuisine with award-winning and Michelin-rated food tastings. This tour is perfect for foodies who want to enjoy delicious, high-quality local food in local eateries with local people.
You will learn about Hong Kong’s food culture, from the traditional fare from Guangzhou to the interesting western cuisine. The day will start with a Dim Sum breakfast in an old tea house. Next, we stop at a family-run Wonton Noodle shop (dating back to the 1960s) for another sampling.
Afterwards, we travel by Ding Ding (a tram) to another family-run restaurant, renowned for its Siu Mei (roast beef). Sample the best Char Siu (BBQ pork) cooked in the traditional style, served with rice and homemade sauces. We finish the tour with an Egg Tart, or in Cantonese, Dan Tat.
