Tasting and "Classic" Tour at Tenuta di Bibbiano

Here every employee believes in Bibbiano and its terroir, its soil and hills. The team would like to highlight the authenticity and elegance of the Sangiovese, by following the family’s enological tradition and by using their talent and experience, always remaining devotee to the trade and to their vocation.
Thef family is proud of its results: extraordinary wines that spread all the variety of Bibbiano soil. This is what they will share with you during this tour.

After the tour you proceed with the tasting of three of their Chianti Classico wines accompanied by a first quality Pecorino cheese,local salami and prosciutto, bruschetta; two traditional courses (ribollita or tortelli with ricotta and
herbs or typical seasonal course), water, coffee and Vin Santo.

Lunch is served in one of the historical rooms of the farm.
