    Kitchen Joy (London) is pleased to offer online cooking classes during these very challenging times.

    Following the success of her classes on specific diet requirements and nutrition, this class is an introduction to nutritional cooking, providing the first steps to building brain power to promote health and wellbeing.

    Salmon with Miso Glaze

    Serves 4

    Ingredients:

    4 salmon fillets

    3 tablespoons white miso paste

    2 tablespoon soy sauce

    2 tablespoon mirin

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    sliced spring onions for garnish (optional)

    Sweet potato brownies

    Makes 10 Brownies

    Ingredients:

    500g of sweet potatoes 

    (about 2 medium. Already cooked in cubes, preferably steamed)

    12 mejdool dates

    6 tbsp of maple syrup

    2 tbsp melted coconut oil

    a pinch of salt

    100g ground oats

    6 tbsp raw cacao 

    100g ground almonds
