    1 bunch spring onions

    1/2 tsp white vinegar 

    1/4 tsp salt

    2 Tbsp light soy

    1 Tbsp chinkiang black vinegar (distilled vinegar substitute)

    1/2 tsp sesame oil

    1/2 tsp chili oil

    1/2 tsp grated ginger

    Vegetable Oil

    Culinary brush
