    Ingredients/Equipment

    250g Pork Shoulder

    100g raw prawns

    1 pack Shumai wrappers - round wonton wrappers

    1/2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce

    1 Tsp Shaoxing Wine

    1 Tsp Oyster Sauce

    1 Tsp Sesame Oil

    1/4 Tsp white pepper (black pepper substitute)

    1 Tsp Salt

    1 Tsp Sugar

    1/2 TBSP Cornstarch

    1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

    Frozen Peas (optional)

    Steamer basket or steamer rack

    Chef knife/Cleaver
