After check-in at your hotel, and resting a little, meet our assistant in the hotel lobby to start your gastronomic experience in Santiago. To whet your appetite, we will take a guided visit to the monumental area of the city: “plaza del Obradoiro”, the Cathedral, the old quarters, etc. Right afterward, we will indulge ourselves with an introductory dinner, where you will receive a Galician wine pairing masterclass given by a local expert, while you enjoy a unique menu, made with several delicious local dishes.     Day 2 :
    RIBEIRA SACRA Food & Wine Experience
    Day 2 :
    Breakfast. Meet your guide at the hotel and start your journey to Ribeira Sacra. Right on arrival, we will visit the ancient Monastery, guided by a local expert. Once we have fed our minds, we will start feeding our bodies, as we will move to the most famous local winery, where we will learn about the local wine growing process and, of course, taste some good “caldos”. Right after the wine pairing we will enjoy a typical Ribeira Sacra lunch. Once we finish our lunch, we will jump on a catamaran to sail through the canyons of the Sil River. Throughout the route, we will stop at the most important viewpoints of the Ribeira Sacra, to indulge ourselves with the impressive views. Return to Santiago. Arrival and accommodations.
    Day 2 :
    Breakfast. Meet your guide at the hotel and start your journey to Ribeira Sacra. Right on arrival we will visit the ancient Monastery, guided by a local expert. Once we have fed our minds, we will start feeding our bodies, as we will move to the most famous local winery, where we will learn about the local wine growing process and, of course, taste some good “caldos”. Right after the wine pairing we will enjoy a typical Ribeira Sacra lunch. Once we finish our lunch, we will jump on a catamaran to sail through the canyons of the Sil River. Throughout the route, we will stop at the most important viewpoints of the Ribeira Sacra, to indulge ourselves with the impressive views. Return to Santiago. Arrival and accommodations.

Today you will discover the gastronomic delights of the Galician cuisine: meet our local guide at the hotel lobby, who will take you into an immersing experience into the gastronomy of the region. First, we will visit a traditional "abastos" market. This visit includes a historical explanation of Galician gastronomy, the importance of the regional city as a gastronomic spot and the tasting of different typical Galician products, cheese and, of course, wines. Approx. total duration: 4,5 hours. Evening at leisure. Take the optional tour to Finisterra, considered the end of the world during centuries in Europe (3 hours approx.)
