Sardines are a favourite at the market. According to the Portuguese National Tourist Office, Portugal consumes 13 sardines per second, during the month of June.

    Lunch Time ;-)

To end your experience, and before heading back to Lisbon, you will have lunch at a typical family run fisherman´s restaurant, where you will eat a delicious and traditional Mediterranean meal.

Depending on the morning´s catch, you could have Dourada (Sea Bream), Robalo (Sea Bass), Espadarte (Swordfish/Marlin), Sardinhas (Sardines), Carapaus (Horse Mackerel), Lulas (Squid), Chocos (Cuttlefish) and many others.
