Welcome to "Casa dos Ovos Moles em Lisboa", a pastry shop specialized in conventual pastry, the 5 centuries-old pastry created inside the portuguese convents by the nuns, and popularly known as "Ovos Moles".Â
Learn to cook 2 divine portuguese pastries: pastel de nata plus one more recipe: travesseiro de sintra, pudim abade de priscos, fios de ovos, encharcada or toucinho do cĂ©u. In a very homy way you discover how to cook the 2 recipes from the scratch. ItÂ´s all handmade! and we promise that you can replicate the deed in your house! First we cook it and in the end we taste it with Porto whine or Ginja liquour, tchim, tchim!Â Â Â

Welcome to our Kitchen! The Class takes 2/2.30h, its depends on the rhythm of the kitchen :). tÂ´s simple, fun, and tasty. During this time you will learn to cook the 2 divine portuguese pastries: pastel de nata, the most famous portugueses pastry abroad plus one more recipe, travesseiro de sintra, pudim abade de priscos, encharcada or toucinho do cĂ©u. These recipes are part of a set of recipes called Portuguese Conventual Pastry created in the 16th century by the nuns in the kitchens of the convents from north to south of Portugal. The Portuguese call it â€śOvos Molesâ€ť (soft eggs) a tribute to the egg, the base ingredient of Conventual Pastry. We tell you the History. See you soon!
