What to expect at Trattoria La Luna Nel Pozzo: The ingredients are "poor" but lustful in terms of organoleptic and nutraceutical properties and strictly farm-to-table, they smell of sun and taste of sea, reminiscent of barren and limestone lands. You won’t find a fancy restaurant here; instead, you will get to appreciate the concept of true luxury and leaving the Trattoria, the warmth of a rare experience remains, an atmosphere, at times surreal and the curious story of a couple who has fully internalized the art of knowing how to listen, host and welcome with a puzzling spontaneity. Because dining here is not a mere tasting, but a biographical journey of the two companions between the knowledge and flavors of Puglia.
