Day 1 : Organic farm since 1996, the dairy carries out a closed cycle activity: the estate covers about 200 hectares, inside which the fodder is grown to feed the buffaloes, managed the breeding in equipped stables, and the mozzarella is produced , but also fresh ricotta, yogurt and ice cream.
