Enric & Aritz from Restaurante Kamikaze in Barcelona have designed a tour through the Eixample where they will show you mediterranean cuisine in which they became inspired for the design of their personal project; a mediterranean-asian fusion restaurant that they founded a few years ago. The tour begins from a personal, creative, and sophisticated point of view. From there, we’ll move on to tasting the most traditional proposals with local specialists in elaborated tapas. The tour will end by showcasing the foundation of Spanish cuisine with the most unique local customs. Everything will be paired with the drinks that the chefs personally selected for us. The gastronomic tour will be accompanied by a walk that will also encompass a more personal perspective such as Casa Milà by Gaudí, passing through a more familial-traditional expression of the Cerda Plan and inner courtyards. We will end with the essence of Barcelona's pedestrian life and its unique spots.
