Tour in typical Ribera del Duero winery with wine tasting, an aperitif and the option to have lunch

What you'll do

Bodegas Durón is an attractive winery located on a hill surrounded by its own vineyards, from which you can enjoy a privileged view of the Duero riverbank. Discover a historical landscape of Castile, and live a traditional experience where wine, gastronomy and landscape merge in a visit to remember. The visit offered at Bodegas Durón lasts approximately 90 minutes and consists of a detailed description of the process of making our wines, discovering their vinification and aging, while contemplating a magnificent Castilian landscape. During the visit you will taste 3 wines with which to discover the diversity of the winery's estates and a traditional pairing with local Castilian artisan products prepared by the winery's chef. This appetizer is made up of churra sheep cheese with homemade Tinta del País grape jam, piquillo peppers confit in red wine, Burgos black pudding and oil cake bread. In addition to enjoying the visit touring the winery, and after tasting the wines and the aperitif, you can go to the dining room-viewpoint of Bodegas Durón where you will taste the traditional gastronomy of the region: a menu consisting of Castilian soup, adobe-baked suckling lamb with your salad, dessert and coffee. All paired with the Crianza from the winery. If you wish, it is possible to extend the experience by substituting the Crianza for the two iconic wines from Bodegas Durón: Cueva del Raposo, the only signature wine from the winery, and Óptimo de Durón, the most awarded Reserva from the winery. This option is only available for groups of four people.
