Now he's providing the opportunity to welcome guests to join a family cooking class in Modena where you can discover how to produce these authentically local dishes from the expert.

    Meet Max and his Vintage Ape Van as you discover the techniques behind Modena's authentic street food: Gnocco Fritto puffy bread and Tigelle flatbread

    This hands-on cooking class will teach you how to produce and shape the dough with ease as you witness the transformation of the bread as it becomes puffed up during the frying process

    Enjoy a delightful lunch featuring your hand-made bread. Pair them with a variety of local charcuterie, salami, cheese and fresh veggies from Max's very own vegetable garden. Savour the food pairing with carefully selected local wine

    There's also time to immerse yourself in the recently renovated Agri-farm just outside Modena. Allowing you to enjoy the charming surroundings as you indulge in this culinary experience before returning to your accommodation
