Sample menu, which may vary depending on the season: Appetizer: Toast tapenade, sausage with truffles and glass ratatruffe Dish: Rabbit terrine, parsley ham, and poultry rillettes all with Burgundy truffle accompanied by a green salad and slices of fresh truffles, cake and omelet with truffle. Cheese: Small goat cheese topped with truffled honey then fresh cheese mixed with truffle of Burgundy. Dessert: Profiteroles garnished with an ice cream with Burgundy truffle.
