What you'll do

Visit two of the most beautiful cities in Tuscany: Pisa (famous for the leaning tower) and Volterra, where the Etruscan civilization and alabaster artisans are known. Discover a real Tuscan organic farm that produces one of the best Chianti wines and enjoy a delicious lunch in front of the towers of San Gimignano. • Private tour and pickup at your location • First stop in Pisa for the free visit of the Tower • Second stop in Volterra for a second free visit to the Roman theatre, the artisan workshops and the Etruscan Arch • At lunch, delight with homemade pasta, pecorino, extra virgin olive oil, burschetta, balsamic and 5 tastings of the best wines of the Tuscan countryside in a typical family-run farm. • Next, we will cross one of the most famous wine routes and our driver will show you where to take the most beautiful photos among the hills or vineyards. • The return is expected around 4:00 pm. Itinerary

    Our expert driver will pick you up at your location (hotel, B&B or private apartment) and take you on a drive through the Tuscany. The first stop will be in Pisa near “Piazza dei Miracoli”. Where you’ll have time to admire and photograph the famous Leaning Tower, and visit the other remarkable buildings that occupy of the field of miracles, which include the breath-taking Baptistery and splendid Cathedral. The cost to go up the tower is 20 euros and we recommend booking online. After visiting the square we will move to the historic center of the city for a visit to the main monuments.

    After Pisa we will drive through the tuscan hills looking at an incredible panorama, among olive trees, vineyards, sunflowers and medieval towers. The second stop will be at Volterra.

    Volterra is a beautiful walled city, built on the top of a hill. The town was built over one of the Twelve Cities of the ancient Etruscan civilisation capitals and has some of the original gates from that era still standing along with a dedicated museum packed with Etruscan and Roman relics. The most interesting things to visit are the ancient Roman theater, the Baptistery and the “Palazzo dei Priori” in the main square.

    For lunch we will move to a typical Tuscan farm for a visit, lunch and a tasting of excellent wines. A beautiful Italian experience to learn the best pairings between wine, food and the secrets of Italian cuisine, Tuscan winemaking techniques and genuine food.

    • Tuscan lunch with: bruschetta, homemade pasta, cured meats, salami, ham, pecorino and more... • Wine tastings with: Chianti, Chianti, Chianti Riseva, Vernaccia and Super Tuscan. Also Tasting of: Extra Olive Oil Tasting, Pepper Olive Oil Tasting, Balsamic Vinegar Tasting, Truffle Olive Oil Tasting.

    After lunch, on the way back, we will cross the green hills of Chianti and stop in panoramic positions to capture some postcard photos.

    The return is scheduled for approximately 4pm
